Coaching Plan

We begin with a 45 minute long discovery session which aids our client to know where they are stuck
and what exactly they would like to achieve. This is where self-awareness is created. This boosts clarity
in the client’s mind and eliminates all kinds of confusion. Here, our client gets to know which program
suits them.

We aid the client into arriving at clear objectives as they begin their transformation journey. The client
defines their “WHY”. This creates a clear focal point for both the client and their coach throughout the
coaching period.

Most of what is manifested in people in rooted in inner confusion. We unearth the hindrances that have
kept the client from accomplishing their desired outcomes in life. We challenge the negative thought
patterns and introduce cognitive restructuring techniques to shift their thinking towards positivity.

We aid the client to set clear outcomes. We then develop a clear action plan with several micro
achievable steps. We believe in progress over perfection, micro wins that lead to macro wins.

We establish a system of tracking a client’s progress & regularly review the plan based on feedback and
emerging needs. We hold our client’s hand and ensure that they thrive from ORDINARY TO EXTRA-
